I am still coming to terms with tinnitus in my right ear - it is early days yet and I will cope eventually. Please someone tell me that they too have muzzy mild headaches with tinnitus as this wories me.. I also have a blocked nose so perhaps this is the cause. The headaches worry me more than the tinnitus at the moment but my doctor doesn't appear worried and has given me nose drops which only work for a short time. I also feel slightly queasy at times. Yesterday the tinnitus was hardly noticeable all day -it was great - but today it feels as if bees are buzzing in the top of my head more than in my ear. Is this usual with tinnitus?

Are you sure you don't have sinusitis? Go to a good Ear, Nose & throat doc. Good luck!

I didn't know the ringing ever went away. I can't remember a time when both of my ears aren't ringing. It's just louder sometimes then others.
For the headaches....I got a gel hot / cold pack from the drug store and I keep it in the freezer. Wrap it in a towel and put it over your forehead and eyes for about 15 min. Then off for 15 min. Then when I take a hot shower shower I let the water run on my for head until I start to loosen the pressure and blow my nose until I get it all out. It helps.
