i'm 28 you wouldn't know it by looking at me i look in good shape i use to bodybuild for years. But i'm in a great deal of pain I've had a IDET and 2 spinal fusions one failed and screws came out & got caught on my nerve. I have structual scoliosis 20 degree & my right side of my back buldges. I also have nerve pain in my right leg and foot sometimes to point i can't walk. Been under treatment for 9 years and seem to always be going down hill. Dr's always prescribing meds recently on methadone ,oxycodone and something new called lyrica. I think i've been on every med out there at least it feels like it. Anyone with similar problems and have gotten better or worse or whatever or had some treatment that works please let me know. I have six kids and I sometimes think doctors think money grows on trees for co-pays and prescriptions it really does put a financial bind on things. I would never commit suicide but i can understand why some people with chronic pain do its unbearble

I have had fibromyalgia and myofascitis for over 7 yrs. and have had every possible treatment...injections and more meds than any one person could handle...I am looking for alternative treatments that don't cost alot of money

I was talking to a young boys mother, and she was telling me about her 10 year old sons syndrome. She had an accent so it was it hard to understand, it sounded like something w/ an n and was a syndrome. They boy had really puffy cheeks, the mom had said he gets blood clots and "is a time bomb about to go off" aka is planned to die young. I'm possitive she said it was a syndrome I just can't remember the n word she said before it. If you have any idea please let me know. Thank you!

I thought I had a BAD yeast infection for a week now. So, I had my grandmother and father take me to the dr. I'm a 19 year old female. Anyways, he gave me my FIRST pelvic exam and diagnosed me with BV (Bacterial Vaginosis). I was using a cream before and he had to go past the cream and get a culture from there. It hurt REALLY bad and now, I'm having a yellow discharge. He put me on 2 meds. I bought myself some cleansing wipes, monistat itching powder, and vaseline to put there. It's helped, but what about this discharge? I didn't have it before, though it's a symptom of BV. Also, why would this hurt so bad? I'm still a virgin, not sexually active. I don't know if he broke my hymen or not, but everyone in the hospital heard me scream 'cause it hurt me so bad. I have to go for a FULL pelvic exam after I'm done with these meds. But, why did it hurt so bad? Why am I having this discharge AFTER he did this to me? Did he stir up the infection or something?

She has been diagnosed with enurises. Doctors have tried everything from nasal sprays to beepers that sound when she starts to urinate. Nothing has helped so far. Does anyone have any ideas?
