gallbladder removed, already. Pain is dull ache

It might be something with your back, or perhaps with your kidney. Or maybe even a tumor. A physician could help you better.

well if its your back thats hurting you that would sound to me like a protruding disk which maybe swollen and you might not know it or if the pain goes a litttle past your back and on the right hand side it might be psyatic nerve and irritation of it which might be caused by a number of thing s such has sitting fir a prolonged time or sitting on a wallet or other things . symptoms are having trouble getting comfortable sitting up any where or if you you can only get comfort lying down and is there a pain that shoots down that right side of your leg all the way down ? if non of this sounds like your exprience then you may have arthritis in your back . may need an mri scan to find out for sure a xray wont tell enough . try a heating pad on your back . hope this helps you :)
