Do not become a victim of this disease. I was diagnosed with fibromyalgia and rheumatoid arthritis 11 yrs ago, and I am still going strong. I still work full time, I still have an enthusiam for life. I do get very tired, but I just keep treading on. I talk with my kids, I don't rely on physical strength to get my point across. You do need to get plenty of rest, even if its sitting in a lazy boy chair and catching cat naps. I have seen too many people give up, once they get diagnosed with this.

First, where is the father of these little angels? He needs to do his part, and then some if you' re dealing with fibromyalgia.
Second, yoga, meditation, deep breathing techniques, massage, lavender oil aroma therapy, exercise.
Third, disipline is the key. Someone gets out of line, someone loses privileges. Period, no questions. Tough love works, be firm, be fair, be consistant. You are the boss, you need to be respected. Take charge and your life will be easier.
BTW: watch the program with the nanny, she's great.
