Let your food and water heal you.
Part of the problem with Schlatter disease is that where calcium build ups are present, parasites will attack the affected area and sause considerable amounts of pain. Drinking 5-8 glasses of distilled water with a pinch of unrefined sea salt will rehydrate your body and provide proper minerals for your body to fight parasites.
I would also take a shot of carrot juice with 1 drop of Oregano OIl every morning for a week to help deep your body eliminate deep seated parasites.
You may be Selenium deficient
Eat one Brazil Nut each day for Selenium.

Drink three cups Apple juice with a tablespoon of raw unfiltered apple cider vinegar and a dash of cinnamon each day for pectins and pH balance.
Tart cherry juice could help with pain management

Schlatter disease is not really a disease at all but rather it is like a
red light going off in your dash telling you to give it water and oil. Most Americans are chronically heydrated and have poor diets with little fruit or raw vegetables. They use unhealthy table salt and seldom get enough sunlight.
Drinking clean water, eating mostly raw fruits and veggies, drinking juiced fruits and veggies, eating nuts and berries, changing to sea salt for proper minerals, a little raw unfiltered apple cider vinegar and getting at least 30 minutes of direct sunlight each day with daily moderate exercise would give your body a rich amount of anti-oxidants, mineral rich salts, and proper hydration will turn off the warning indicators that tell you that you have symptoms identified as Osgood Schlatters disease. Give your body what it needs and those light will go out.
