Can anyone help with internet sources on Ebola Reston? I seem to be only coming up with references to Preston's 'Hot Zone' and conspiracy theories about how world militaries are trying to mutate Reston and weaponise it.
What I need is specifics - I realise these are hard to come by for ebola but things such as the duration period, symptoms etc would be a great help. And any speculation on possible reservoirs by qualified professionals would also be a big help. Thanks.

When those disinfection wipes/spray say "kills 99.9% of germs"...Why not just spray it again? or would it kill 99.9% of the germs from the previous 99.9%?

I was just wondering. After you have used the cream, wouldn't it be easy to catch them again while you are cleaning? Also, is vaccuming and then spraying the carpet with lysol or tea tree oil afterwards good enough?

i have a 2.75 year old , who attends daycare 2 days a week. i have caught many colds from her since she began daycare, and knew this was a possibility. i am now especially concerned because i have had 4 ilnesses in 7 weeks; 2 full blown colds, another with high fever and rash, and a stomach bug with vomiting diahrhea.

can this be normal? shouldn't i fight off half of these? i am beginning to wonder if i have an oppressed i mmune system or if i should get an hiv test. i used to get sick maybe once a year, now it is literally 6-10.

thanks for any thoughts.

Ok. So my 7 month old nephew has been in the hospital over a week now. He was originally diagnosed with Kawasaki Disease. However, after 2 transfusions, nothing has changed. I thought most kids showed improvement after a few days? The doctors are now saying it's NOT Kawasaki and that it's some type of virus. He has now been put on steroids. At this point, it may just be time to have him admitted to another hospital. Help!!!!

She attacked my toe and I think it is infected. I have been putting Hydrogen Peroxide on it, but that doesn't seem to help very much. What do I do?

My son found a baby robin on the ground after a wind storm two days ago. He brought it home, and we are caring for it. I wonder what kinds of diseases/sickness we can get by handling it. We are washing our hands after each feeding and using Germ-X.
