i seriously need help?

i didnt go to sleep tonight because my butt itched so bad from these pinworms. the come out in masses at night, if i keep wiping them away everynight, will they go away faster?

Yep....keep it clean and you might need meds to help get rid of them.

Have you been to a doctor to get treatment? If not, then you need to go. The doctor will be able to subscribe some medication and ointment.
