i've had sores in my nose the past month.. should i get it checked out or just let it run its course?

i dont have allergies.. and i've never had this problem before.. anyone know what it could be?

You probably need to be seen by the doctor. He can prescribe you a non petroluem jelly based antibotic to put on the sore.

There are quite a few things that could cause sores.. See your doctor. It may be nothing, but it could be serious.

You can get STDs of the mouth and it spread to the mucous membranes of the nose.
