my heart has been fluttering for 2 hours now pretty regular

Been havin some problems lately...blood pressures been just a little high, but not much. This morning I took my blood pressure and it was 120/80 on one side and 130/80 on the other...does that mean anything? Is it normal , like how your left foot is bigger than your right foot kinda thing?

I was really upset the other day and when I started crying, my nose started bleeding and it was really bd. I had huge blood clots and could not contain it...it was coming out of my mouth and everything.
I see the doc tomorrow

I am now 28, and I am afraid to start a family because I don't want my children to go through what my sister and I had to. How much more are my chances for developing these disases? Will I have a good chance of passing the on to my children? Please help, I need real advice!!!

I'm hoping someone can help...especailly if you're a health professional. My 15 yr. old daughter has been having shortness of breathe constantly along with a rapid heart rate, her heart races and some dizziness.....the doctor says it's anxiety and wants me to start her on Zoloft. However, I do have panic attacks but have never had shortness of breathe all the time, as my daughter. Her father has a heart murmur, but they say they don't hear one in her....do you have any idea of what could be going on. I afraid that I just do not believe it's only anxiety. Thank you for all responses.
