The only thing you can do is follow a low sodium diet which means 2 gm a day, exercise to loose weight and maintain the right weight for your body type and height, do not smoke, do not drink alcohol or caffeine. Sometimes even with all this a person can be genetically programmed from family and will have to take medication their entire life.

try to control your diet by not eating too much fatty and salty foods and stop smoking .exercise every morning. I think that is the one. there's no such thing as technology that can reduce hypertension. only medicine and fitness can.
