For a 100% natural whole food approach, I highly recommend ViaViente. After 3 weeks of adding it to his diet, my husband's blood pressure went from 140+ to 117. It has been 3 months now and it is at a stable 110. He is 38 years old and this is the first time in his life that his blood pressure has normalized (hi BP runs in his family)

ViaViente is the leading whole food health juice on the market, backed by independent 3rd party research and clinically proven to lower blood pressure by a randomized double-blind placebo controlled trial. I highly recommend it.

There are many books out there that will tell you how to eat properly to lower your blood pressure. Also, exercise, yoga, and meditation can help. Check out the health food stores for natural and herbal remedies, but beware that taking too many supplements is never a good thing.

Cut back on stress.

Exercise will actually temporarily raise your blood pressure, but in the long run if you're more physically active (and of a healthy weight), you'll have less chance of having high blood pressure.
