Cancer

My Grandma was diagnosed with Lung Cancer on Oct.1st, 2007. She had 2 sessions of Chemo and gave up. She is now scary-skinny, and very weak. She is on oxygen, and my grandma is now going to be seeing a hospice nurse. She knows her time is soon, with the cancer spreading to her liver and she is only 63! How can i stop feeling sad. (see my aim profile: Norfolk 722). If you can, email me or Instant message me with ways to cope. She is my best friend, and i dont think i can humanely cope with her soon-to-be- loss.

liver. He is in the 4th stage. But he thinks he's going home on Monday, then eventually comming back to work. 2 questions.
1. Should I go along with his dreams or is there really a chance?
2. Am I so saddened because we both partied together for all those years and it could be me that's dying?

my mom has been sick in the past 4 years, first with ovarian cancer, then brain cancer last year. i can never seem to find a friend with a good enough shoulder to cry on, am i wrong to want some sympathy?!? any advice on how to explain this to my friends?

Does chemo effect any of you that causes you to stay thirsty all the time.while I was taking chemo i had to drink allot of fluids and its been almost 1 year since chemo has ended, and im continuing to stay thirsty, mouth stays dry all the time. Just wondering if any one else has this problem?

I have a 15 year old who has little contact with her father I know that she's going to be especially afraid of something happening to me. Even though they are pretty sure it's 1st stage breast cancer and the prognosis is good how do I help her deal with her fear? I also have to deal with what I'm going through are there support groups for the families or children of cancer patients?

been taking it for the last two and a half years, weight gain flushes sweats, and this time of year people ask me am i hot with such a look of puzzlement while the sweats running down my face and dripping of the ends of my eyelashes and everyone is shivering because it's so cold, just wondered what would happen if i stopped taking it would i drop down dead?
