He can but who wants to be around someone like that. Just make sure he washes his hands good before examining in your mouth. Also do NOT let him put his hands in your mouth with OUT sanatary rubber gloves. Make sure he comes in then washes his hands then puts on the gloves. Make sure he doesnt touch his groin with the gloves on then put them back in your mouth, Thats GROSS!!! Also another good hygeien tip is make sure he wears a face mask. There is a medicene for groins like that. It probobly has a rash on it or something like that.
