I have many many allergies and have always wondered if I am allergic to bee stings. Is there some way besides going to the doctor or stinging yourself to figure it out?

My daughter was diagnosed with celiac's disease about 3 months ago. I haven't completely taken her off wheat, which i am trying to do. My question is is their a website to buy food products that has gluten-free people in mind that is affordable for some one on a low budget.

removal of carpet is not an option and it is vaccumed twice a day, so would something like an ioniser help to prevent the allergy or is there something that can be sprayed onto the carpet or into the air to cure it

I've had a cold for about a week now. I've tried everything, from napping, to nasal spray, to drinking pure lemon juice along with cold medicines. I've even went to the doctor to make sure it isn't something like Strep. This thing doesn't seem to want to go away, andI am going to college for the first time tomorrow...Any other suggestions besides the ones I just mentioned??

growing up, i've had several dogs. a few beagles, and a few mutts. i got a dog in the beginning of august, and i found that whenever she scratches me, and sometimes when she licks my fingers, i develop swarms of little itchy red bumps.

they aren't all that bad either, i just shower, and they stop itching, and they disappear within the hour. i hardly ever sneeze or have any sinus type problems, and my asthma doesn't ever start up.

so it seems i've recently developed a very small case of an allergic reaction to my dog. i haven't gotten any contact with other dogs, but ... i'm wondering if i'm only allergic to MY dog...

I'm allergic to cats & thanks to my wife we own one. Usually every few days the allergy attacks different parts of me (one day - red eyes, next time difficulty breathing, then areas of itchy skin....never really know when or where I'll be affected). I live with it have gotten used to it. My question is about 2-3 times a year I get blisters at the entrance of my nostrils (look like poison ivy bumps).............Can this also be attributed to the CAT? (& what the heck should I put on them?) THANKS

My sinusitis seems to be exquisitely sensitive to weather changes. An increase in symptoms when the weather is going to get "bad" (decreased barometric pressure, fall in temp, clouds, rain or a decrease in symptoms when the weather "improves" (higher pressure, warmer temps and some humidity in the air, few or no clouds, sunny) This is similar to people with arthritis being able to tell when it is going to rain. I can usually sense this as far ahead as the night before for the following day's weather or in as short a time as less than one hour!!!! Needless to say, those who do not know about sinusitis think this is unbelievable and, therefore, I am kinda crazy. Has anyone dealt with this? ANY ADVICE APPRECIATED!
P.S. Thanks to ALL who answered my question last week about best climates for sinusitis. Hard to choose a best answer. I have lived in Arizona and found that to be the worst for my allergies/sinusitis due to the extreme dryness, high pollen & wind.

one step could be omitted and still allow differentiation between gram-positive and gram-negative cells. What is that one step? Describe the appearance of the gram-positive and gram-negative cells if this step was omitted.

I have just got a new puppy and i have spent a lot of time with her. Now my allergies are going crazy. I already take allergy shots, i take Allegra, and Flonase, but allergy sympotms are still here. My nose is stuffy and running at the same time, my eyes itch and water and i cant stop sneezing. I have tried some of the OTC allergy meds like Benadryl and something with a decongestion but NOTHING HELPS!! Is there anyone else with the same problems as me and what do you do? I have tried keeping my dog outside and staying away from her but my symptoms are still here....

My son has had since birth severe breathing issues (he has laryngotracheomalacia) and asthma, and severe gerd(hes on an adult dose of prevacid daily). He has had 13 hospital stays and more than enough er and dr visits.
I fired the first GI doc after my son developed pnemonia secondary to reflux and continue to require .31mg xopenex every 2 hours at home around the clock (i am a respiratory therapist), anyways the new GI doc said he has a milk protein allergy on top of all of the above problems. He placed him on Ellecare formula. His respiratory issues immediatly disapeard. Then soon to follow his GI symtoms disapeared. He has now (2 days from now will be 1) been able to eat every type of babyfood out there, and no reactions. The GI doc said it was time to see an allergist for testing, and a milk trial. He had neg skin and blood test, but had respiratory and gi symptoms (including gi bleeding) from the milk.

Why is he able to have cheese, and milk containing foods and has no reactio

I got stung by a bee a week ago on my middle toe. Since that time the top of my foot has been swollen and red and very itchy. I have been applying hydracortisone ointment to the area and taking Benadryl. I also as of yesterday have started soaking my foot in a solution meant to get rid of redness from rashes and insect stings. The redness has since gone away and the itching too but it is still swollen. Also my foot tends to be cold to the touch in the area of the toe involved and the upper foot. I have started to develop hives the past 2 days. Is this normal or is this an allergic reaction to the sting that requires medical attention?
