it doesn't i eman it might not be seasona, but allergies can be itchy anywhere! Like if the allergic reaction is skin itch/rash.
I ahve that problem witht eh skin and everytime i get allergic, I have rashes and itchiness, in my back, my arms, my ears LOTS OF PLACES ANYWAY
so it might be.
But if you've been only itching for a tiny short while, you might just let it go if it's not bothering you TOO TOO much.
OH you should go to the dermatologist and ask for an skin allergy testing. I had one of those a few years ago. They do tiny pricks on yoru arms with needles dabbe in different substances. Like i had rice, fish, dust, oranges, flower pollen... and which ever caused iotching or red rashes..or any kind of reaction was allergy... doesn't hurt..
