My daughter was diagnosed with celiac's disease about 3 months ago. I haven't completely taken her off wheat, which i am trying to do. My question is is their a website to buy food products that has gluten-free people in mind that is affordable for some one on a low budget.

If you have a Whole Foods near you they carry a lot of breads and even pizzas but you need to take her completely off wheat. Every time she eats wheat, wheat products, even Carmel colored sodas she's damaging her intestinal tracks. the wheat acts like a knife making small cuts in the intestines (actually it's more like an allergic reaction) and when the cuts heal they heal with scar tissue making it more difficult for food to be digested later. if you keep feeding her foods with gluten she will be unable to take in nutrients. if you contact me i can give you a full listing of safe and unsafe additives. I complied a list for one of my clients when we had to switch him to a gluten free diet... i just googled celiac disease and got a ton of websites. contact me and leave your e-mail address and I'll send you the list i use.

Good luck
