I've been coughing since last week. I cough up thick green phlegm all day long.

My lungs feel inflamed and my throat is always scratchy.

Please don't suggest I go to a doctor or clinic, because I can't afford to do either.

I'm looking for a natural way to get better.

I cant seem to breathe normal when i run alot,
i would like start breathing soo hard and then i get dizzy.
my heart would beat fast too when i get tired. i do a lot of physical stuff, but i would get soo scared when i start to do the mile run and etc, whats wrong with me? i went to the doctors and stuff but they said that my blood pressure and stuff is normal. its just that my heart beats fast unlike others...?
sometimes i would pass out too. its crazy... whats' wrong with me && what do i do?

I am 16 years old, and i'm a sophomore in highschool
i do 3 sports, football,wrestling, and cross country
i dont have that much acne on my face but i have
it really bad on my uper back, (Shoulders)

i use proactive but it does'nt really help.

i have 4 questions,

1. is it bad to pop pimples and but proactive on it later.?
2. and its it true to use warm water to open pours and cold to close them.?
3. does sugar and sweets like candy/chocolate make more pimples.?
4. How many times should i clean my face a day?

i know this is really asking for alot, but any help i can get would be really use full thank you so much,!

I'm not sure if anyone can answer this and I don't want to ask him since it's obviously a touchy subject. But how could he not have known he was hix poitive before he was diagnosed with aids? I don't get it. he started loosing a lot of weight like a year ago. He's 29 years old now and I wonder how long he has had this. do you think maybe he knew and just wasn't telling anyone?

I had ALOT! of pimps on my upper back(Sholders)
but they got poped and skin healed over them, but
i still have the pus under my skin what do i do.?
(they really hurt and i can't pop them cause they pus can't
reach the surface. If i try it hurts so bad i want to cry)

and proactive does'nt work cause it does'nt reach to the pimple.

please help me thanks for your time.

ok im gonna be a little graphic, but here goes. My underarms have red raised blotchy dry patches that really hurt when i put my deodorant on. i think it might be rzor burn but im not to sure. ive always shaved my underarms every night but one night it just started comingup and now it really hurts. sorry to be kinda graphic but i was wondering how i could heal it im not gonna shave them tonight and see what happens but if anyone knows how to help this heal please let me know. I am a type 2 diabetic and sometimes I get hot in the head and break out in a sweat.I don't think it's a hormone imbalance but who knows?my doc says it could be a virus but I don't feel sick or achy.could my diabetes be causing this?thanks

i went to the doctor because for the last 2 or so weeks I have had constant pain in my chest like a belt tied round it compressing, sharp stabbing pain just to the left of my breastbone. the pain increase when im running etc and goes when im resting. a few days ago i had to run for a train and the pain got very bad, my breathing became rapid and i became very dizzy. i now get dizzy most times i stand up. i explained this to the doctor but he just said that i had low blood pressure ~ 80/40, he did not mention if this was a cause for concern but im still worried it's something more than just that! im only 16 this is not supposed to be happening at my age!

I had blood tests to test my thyroid function. I got the lab results today in the mail. It said that my thyroid function is at a 3.48, but that's all it said. I do have a doctors appointment on Tuesday, however, I would like to know what this means now, so I can be better informed when I see the doctor.

if i just started puberty and im having a discharge,at first,it was clear and gooey,now its yellowish greenish and kinda thick,but not LOTTS and lots of it,but wat does that mean,its normal right?

sum ppl said it was a yeast infection,idt so but if it was,do i HAVE to treat it and does the yellow/green HAVE to mean that or is it just normal we all get it and it duznt have 2 b treated,just go on with life?

yea im only 12 1/2 im virgin!!!!!!!!!

and yea the discharge was clear for like 3 weeks now its greenish yellow,and the smell isnt like,HORRIBLE,like run out of the bathroom and spray with purfume bad lol
