I Have these Pimples that have really hard skin around them.. Is there anything thing that can soften these up and clear them away for good.?

my son has been using pine tar soap for a over three months now. it has really helped clear it up. he had it really bad. huge sores on his face, back and some on his arms and chest. you can get it thru your pharmacy. it costs about $4 a bar and a bar can last 3-4 wks. His skin is 100 percent clearer now

I use biore face scrub it is like $7 but it has little beads that exfoliate your skin and keeps your skin soft. It also cleans out your face REALLY well. you can get it at like walgreens and walmart good luck

I know about them. Some can even stay for months. Sometime I used to aggravate them so that they can erupt. Now I found my answers.. use volcano mud mask. believe it can disolve them on consistent application
