my son has been using pine tar soap for a over three months now. it has really helped clear it up. he had it really bad. huge sores on his face, back and some on his arms and chest. you can get it thru your pharmacy. it costs about $4 a bar and a bar can last 3-4 wks. His skin is 100 percent clearer now

I use biore face scrub. It helps a lot I used it on my back and chest and it made my skin so soft and really cleared it up the scrub is like $7 bucks though. good luck

I tried to email but it didnt work. I use it in the shower and it has little beads to exfoliate your skin and it cleans out your skin really good. I had a big thing on my nose and proactive didnt get rid of it for a week and this biore stuff has it almost gone after 2 days. You can get it at walgreens or walmart, places like that. good luck let me know if you have any more questions

You got to get the pus out otherwise it will never heal. For stubborn pimples you may want to try to apply a thick layer of volcano mud mask over it. Its sulfur content helps to kill the bacteria within or otherwise cause a faster eruption to heal faster. After the eruption continue application until it fully heals

have someone get a needle and poke a hole in the pimples them gently squeeze the pus out.
