Fibromyalgia is a syndrome that has something like 25 different symptoms. Not every person has or gets all of the symptoms. Basically, it is pain in the muscles, joints, tendons, and connective tissue of the body. It can cause headaches and digestive problems. In addition to feeling like you have the flu all the time, it also feels like you have arthritis. It can cause debilitating fatigue.

Fibromyalgia is a condition that affects the muscles and soft tissues of a person. People musually feel like they have the flu all the time. They have trouble sleeping etc. There is no known cause or cure.

Fibromyalgia, is basically a term used to describe widespread pain and fatigue that has no apparent cause. Basically meaning, when they can't figure out what you have, they label it with this so that you have the peace of mind of knowing what you have.
