are the side effects of radiotherapy severe and strong like chemotherapy? cause I will take a combination of radio and chemo for 5 weeks and the chemo are Oxplatin injection and Capeton Tablets....... thank you

My whole body and I mean every part of my body itches like crazy for the last 1 week. From my arms to my plams to my legs, thighs, back everywhere.. It itches so much, I just can't take it. Please help..Can anyone tell me what I can use to stop this itching all over my body.

I just want to know the basics of the mathematical equilibrium that calculates the potion or the amount of chemo that should be taken depending on the person's weight and height.... for example my height is 180 cm and my weight is 45 kg, what is the equilibrium that tells my potion of chemo? and if the height and weight were reported slightly incorrectly could that be dangerous? thanks

well my dad was diagnosed with stage four brain cancer about three months ago. its glioblastoma multiforme. and i have heard that there is a cure in china. if we are a US citizen can we get that cure if we go there. Also does anyone have any info on the center in germany for brain cancer. and information helps! i jsut want my dad to live. and i need some hope. im only 14!

I went to the hospital the other night because I was having minor chest pains and they ran a bunch of tests and checked my blood and said everthing was fine that I wasn't going to have a heart attack or anything but I went to the doc. today and he said that I had Sinusitis and gave me some antibiotics and some decongestant pills. My question is I quess, Can prescription drugs cause you to have chest pains? I have this sharp pain that is coming and going on the upper left part of my chest. any helpful info would much appriciated.

The reason I ask if that my 66 year old father recently had a blood transfusion due to loss of blood from a procedure. Since then he has acted sort of strange as in talking ALOT .....alot more than he ever use to. Someone had told me they thought there was something that can make a person act that way after having a blood transfusion but they didnt know what it was called...anyway just need any info if anyone has any idea on this type of stuff.... i would really appreciate it.

Here is the description of my ring:

14KT White Gold
20 Tapered baguette & round diamonds
w/ a 1/10 carat marquise center
equaling 1/4 carat T.W.
(.23 - .28 carat T.W.)

I am not able to wear any kind of fake jewelry, such as: cheap watches, rings, earrings & necklaces...if i do wear fake jewelry, i get this red rash and it itches constantly...i had this ring my fiance gave me back when we were dating and it was so pretty, apparently it was something my skin was allergic to and it gave me a red rash on my finger from where the ring was and it constantly itched.

Does anyone know what is wrong and if i could possibly do something for my engagement ring so that i can wear it? We're getting married in a month and im wanting to wear it then, i have been wanting to wear it for the longest time but i cant =[

I always feel something is about to go wrong; that someone or some event is going to hurt me or ruin my life. For instance, I am afraid to tell others personal details about me for fear they will use that information againt me. Also, I am constantly in fear of catching diseases (including AIDS and Hepatitis) from doing normal things like going to the store or shaking someone's hand. I always act extra cautious about everything I do and say as if the slightest wrong move could be the end of me. How do I get over this?

My gfs mom wants me to pratcie resuce breathing on my gf as she watches me doing it. My gf has major asthma attacks and her mom wants to make sure i know what to do if she stops breathing. I have watched as her sister praticed on her like her mom told her too, she did it for about five minutes then she had to stop as my gf needed to use her nebulizer as her asthma was starting to act up.
Is it ok to do it on her???? can i do it for five minutes like her mom wants me too??? is her mom odd asking me to do this as she watches???
