I went to the hospital the other night because I was having minor chest pains and they ran a bunch of tests and checked my blood and said everthing was fine that I wasn't going to have a heart attack or anything but I went to the doc. today and he said that I had Sinusitis and gave me some antibiotics and some decongestant pills. My question is I quess, Can prescription drugs cause you to have chest pains? I have this sharp pain that is coming and going on the upper left part of my chest. any helpful info would much appriciated.

Your question is so broad that it's difficult to answer. If you provided specifics, it would still be difficult to give you a definitive answer. So let's just deal with your symptoms- If you have a sharp pain that comes and goes in the upper left part of your chest, you need a medical person to tell you what it is. Sinusitis is a respiratory infection. If you've had this, it's possible you've also got something in your lung (where that upper left chest issue is happening) so I'd say you need to take yourself to a real doctor and see what he tells you after he does his medical thing.
