i know it will hurt a little and it could get infected but could it cause any serious damage like nerve damage or something?

It might get infected. Better to get the the wart deep freezed by your doctor. Or get some wart killer from the chemist.

Nope..i had one on my leg..i finally just shaved it off. It went away....lol. But you should be carful of the seed warts..they go deeper into the skin.
