I have gone tanning a few times over the past week or so. A few days after the last session I started to get a little sore on the left side of my buttocks by my tailbone. It is HOT and now the size of a silver dollar with a few white areas in the middle. Could this be Staph? Or am I just being paranoid? These beds are not properly sanitized. They are using baby wipes! I have attached a link to the photos. Serious answers are greatly appreciated.

ok, so i have a lisp, and it's been bothering me for as long as i can remember. the kind of lisp i have involves trouble producing an "S" sound (as in sock, sandal, suitcase, etc) but not "sh" words like shoe, shine, etc. i say anything w/ that "S" sound through my nose, which is why it sounds terrible. actually its been sounding better over the years (i'm 19 now), but i get comments on it every so often. 2 different speech therapists that i had from 1st through 6th grade didn't help at all and only made it worse, as my teachers, parents, and myself could see that they we're just trying to replace it by making me talk w/ a different lisp! so is there anything i can do about it, because it's probably a direct cause of not having any self esteem or friends in college... thanks in advance!

I have been using proactiv for about a month now and it is clearing up everywhere except for my forehead. is this because i wear a du-rag most of the time (at least 5 or 6 hrs a day) or is it just puberty? i don't wear du-rags because of my hair i wear it because i am self conscious of my acne on my forehead. help!

If you end up taking an over the counter medicine for your alergies and it says adults take one or two every 12 hours and you only take one and over an hour later you are still sneezing should you take another (limit 4 in 24)?

I'm dating an amazing guy, succesful about to retire at the age of 32. we go out and I have a great time. I feel so good around him. he has brought me around his circle of friemds and even though he is so busy lets me know he is thinking of me. the problem is i have hsv II. I told him because i felt our relationship is scalating. is not fair to sleep with him without lettign him know my situation. I care about him i feel we compliment each other. I told him and he freaked out. he said that's a serious thing and that he needs to look more into it, research, to help him learn more about it to educate him. is the first time i'm actually out dating again after being betrayed by my ex and i'm so scared. I feel good I told him and he said he was going to get back to me after been well informed and that he feels the same about me that he admires how i handled it and how positive i am about my situation. i'm wating for his response, should i just think it's done or be optimistic?

i haven't been entirely faithful through our whole relationship of 5 years, but it takes about 6weeks-8months for warts to show up, and i've been faithful during that period. He claims he hasn't cheated on me. Is he full of it, or could I have gotten it somewhere else?

the older i've gotten the less risk i've taken and the more faithful i've been. i'm surprised that now i have warts. i suspect him.

I am on Metformin/Glucophage. I have been getting 2-3 severe legs cramps per night around my ankles, and calfs so severe that I have to get out of bed and walk around. Could this be a side effect of the glucophage? I have been taking it for six weeks now. Anything that could help the cramps. My legs are still sore.

How long should I expect him to live at this rate? He had total hepatic system/ liver failure 2 years ago this Oct - barely lived - in Hosp 16 days.Last October he had a siezure from withdrawal - he started drinking 24 beers every 2 wks - that I know about - He should not drink at all but says he isn't him if he can't have a beer. I am beside myself finding he is stashing beer in the trunk of his car, & other really cute places around the house. HELP!! I am deeply hurt seeing him commit suicide this way...he does not really want to live anymore since he can't do what he used to...where we live there is little or no support at all, our kids have grown & his boys are in their own worlds. I have been with him throughout this ordeal & it's been a really rough ride for us both. I love him & won't leave him, but his Dr.Jeckle & Mr.Hyde personality is tearing me apart & he remembers only what he wants to remember. He is on blood pressure/2 dif diuretic meds & pantaloc.Lorazapam too

I've had battles with gout off and on for a couple of years. I don't know why but the attacks always get worse when the weather warms up even a little bit. I never have an attack in the winter. I quit drinking so that should help. I haven't seen anything about drinking soda but I swear that when I drink soda my gout gets real bad. I can't take antiinflammatory drugs and this other medicine I've taken in the past takes the pain away but makes me sicker than a dog. The only thing that seems to help is cherry juice but I can only find it at the health food store for like $16 and it only lasts a couple of weeks. The cababage leaf thing was nasty and didn't do anything for my foot. I've had gout so bad I couldn't even walk from my car to the pharmacy to get my medicine. My question is what else works? Do I have to drink the actual cherry juice or could I take some sort of capsule? If you've had gout what has worked for you to prevent or cure the symptoms?
