adh is antidiuretic hormone, since the person is perspiring, I think it would be low to retain sodium and water in the body. You have to keep in mind that adh is working in the kidneys, if we are losing water through sweat, kidneys will try to retain water and this could explain the concentrated dark yellow color of the urine in relative dehydration, good luck
