I'm tired all the time. My heart rate goes up for no reason; anytime, all day or not with pain that I can only describe as a vice grip around my heart (think The Frighteners w/ Michael J Fox). I've been to cardiologist that say it's caffeine, which I don't do much of (1/2 cup of decaf coffee every other day before a month ago and none for that last month). Doctors’ say I'm paranoid b/c I am so young, that I have nothing to worry about. My mother died of cardio-pulmonary hypertension when she was 21. I am 26. I do not think it’s that, Not even that my health in danger. I just want to know what it may be. They listen to my heart or run me on a treadmill and if I don't die; they say you're fine. This can't be normal. My blood pressure is always about the same, actually low for my size, but they say that is normal for me. This has been since I was 12, I am still pretty active. I drink lots of water, back then that was all I drank. My thyroid is fine according to tests.

I think information that is available for people ailing from any disease should be given this information. Although I do have insurance, I have not met my deductible and this class would cost me $500.00. Just makes me wonder, If I were financialy able, I would pay this amount and use it to manage my disease. If I were poor, then medicaid and/or other social services would pay the bill. But, since I do not fall into these catagories, I guess I'll deal with it on my own.

I dont mean all trees in general but just one particular tree. I am in love with a Douglas Fir growing behind the house. I have made sweet love to this tree before. I love climbing through its branches while completely nude. I normaly grab hold of a tree limb and basicly dry hump it until I am raw. Is this unsual behavior in a human being. Am I a freak of nature? (no pun intended) Are there any type of STD that can be received after humping a tree limb?

I have a skin rash on my inner thigh that keeps recurring. It's not itchy but it's reddish and painful. Feels like a burn. It heals after 1 night but recurs after a few days.

I'm 18, and I've been diagnosed with fibromyalgia since I was 16. I'm working on a few non-medical ways of managing it, and I thought I would ask for second opinions of what works best.
Yoga, pilates, swimming, walking? Massage therapy or acupuncture? Clinical psychology? Magnesium supplemants? Diet? And is there anyone else out there who is under 25, and suffering with fibromyalgia? Most people seem to be in the 30s and above age range. Are there any online support groups for under 25s?
