I have a skin rash on my inner thigh that keeps recurring. It's not itchy but it's reddish and painful. Feels like a burn. It heals after 1 night but recurs after a few days.

It sounds like heat rash. Best way to take care of it is to use an antibiotic cream, then baby powder after a shower or if it is bothering you. Wearing pants instead of short might help also as you legs won't rub together. Good luck!

Go to www.GoXanthones.com and listen to the audio link on skin conditions by Dr. John Edwards. He and many other Doctors are using mangosteen juice as a supplement with great success.

To obtain mangosteen juice go to www.mangosteendiscovery.com. You can order it right from that site. All natural and tastes great Hope it works for you.

Do you have large thighs that rub together? If so, put some vaseline on your legs to lessen the friction. Also, as someone else said, be sure to wear pants.

You don't have Herpes. Herpes blisters last for a week or so, not three months. Also, you would have multiple blisters all over that area if you had Herpes. Try new underwear.
