My ex just used lubriderm or vaseline intensive care everyday when he got out of the shower... it seemed to do the trick... they make it for sensitive skin as well and his was REALLY tight.

My ex had this problem for about 10 years and it was always sore, in the end he had to be circumcised. Problem went away as soon as he recovered!!! â¥
