My wife is 32 and has always been in great condition. Works out 3 times a week. Eats right. 6 Months ago she started having digestive problems. She had scopes done. And was diagnoised with Ulcerative Colitis. In the past 3 months it has been very severe. She has been in the hospital 5 times. And has had to leave her job. She is very depressed and I am very worried. Any ideas on what I can do to help her through this. Thank You

I have to remove it as it isn't a mole and it grows. It has grown over the months and it's irritating my upper lip. Does anyone know what is this "growth" called in medical term as I wish to search for more info before going for an op?

well, she's now into her late 40s and she has hyperthyroidism (maybe it's one of the symptoms)... lately, she's getting this tinges/tinggling sensation on her arms and legs... she said that it's always aching and that when she doesn't move for a certain period of time, her arms and legs are sort of going numb... should i tell her to consult a doctor? or is it just a sign of aging?

One of the first thearapies that I had for pain was physical therapy. Work hardening therapy was miraculious. Each time I went for therapy, a short time later, I would move the wrong way and another part of my body was injured. Eventually, I quit trying therapy. For all who say exercise and threapy are the answer, you are extremely wrong. It has been proven that exercise is not for all diseases and does make some people's diseases worsen.

I have no idea what it is...no soap will remove it. It is not deodorant buildup because I do not use deodorant. I am forced to always shave my underarms because as soon as the hair grows back it gets coated in this opaque rubbery substance.

Before Surgury, Dental Cleanings etc. Yesterday I found out that an online friend died from complications from this. My Doctor hasn't told me of any possible complications or side effects. If you are a Doctor, Nurse or a person with this Disorder etc. who can shed some light on this-I would greatly appreciate hearing from you. Your information could save my life or the life of other people reading this.

For the last 2 years, I have been dealing with a weird scaley sore that won't go away. It is painful right now, but most of the time, it is just ugly looking. It is on my nose.
I keep meaning to talk to my doctor about it, but I keep forgetting. (I have short term memory problems and if it isn't bothering me I forget.)

Should I be worried? COULD it be cancer? I've tried to put neosporin on it..but it just moves.
I am fair skinned, I don't spend much time in the sun.

I used Satin Care shave gel when shaving the other night. When I dried myself off, my legs were suddenly very very itchy. I thought I rubbed my legs too hard with the towel, but the itching persisted. I went and rubbed ice on my legs, and then promptly applied anti-itch cream. However, the scratching from the beginning of the irritation left horrible red marks all over my legs.
Two questions at this point: Do you think it was an allergic reaction, and how badly could the scratching have damaged my skin?

I started having symptoms on Sunday. I have been soaking and applying medication, however the swelling has NOT gone down. It's not any bigger but it's not getting smaller. Today makes 5 days that I have been suffering. I have to sit for long periods of time and then stand for long periods of time for my job. Is this causing it to last longer than the usual 2-3 days?

My 12 year old daughter has developed lots of tiny, skin-colored bumps on both calves. They are itchy, but otherwise not bothersome. She's had them for weeks. Could they be from shaving? They don't quite look like the photos of molluscum I've seen. Please help!
