What is the best cure for psoriasis of the hands, which is more difficult to treat due to the frequent washing of hands. More difficult to keep cream on the skin. No steroids.

My grandmother swore by Blue Star Ointment for her Psoriasis. She used it before she went to bed and after she got out of the shower in the morning.

I hate to tell you this, but there is no cure. I have found that sun exposure reduces the appearance, but nothing works like steroids.

I found hemp oil and sunlight works well. But there are no cures.
