I have no idea what it is...no soap will remove it. It is not deodorant buildup because I do not use deodorant. I am forced to always shave my underarms because as soon as the hair grows back it gets coated in this opaque rubbery substance.

You should be shaving them anyway.... oops, I don't think I checked to see if your a girl or not. Anyway I think it's also weird that you don't use an anti-persperant.

Rub a pumice stone on it regularly while bathing... i hope it will help u ....
