CAn you get rid of syphillis, ghonerria. or other STD's?

You can get rid of many STDS (including syphilis and gonorrhea) if you treat them, but not all STDS are curable.
There are STDS that you can treat but are not curable. These are herpes, HIV/AIDS, HPV and Hepatitis B.

Syphillis and ghonorrea cab simply be treated and eliminated with anti-biotics. Herpes and HIV are viruses and cannot be cured.
Herpes can be treated though.

Syphillis, gonorrhea, trich, chlamydia, crabs, yes curable
HIV,HPV, herpes- not curable but controllable
I have HPV and it is just itchy a lot

Yes I had chlamydia a year ago and I had to take antibiotics to clear it up.

no but i had a test done and the doctor stuffd a cotton bud down my japs eye ...hurt like hell

u cn get rid of syphilis by pennicilin cos syphilis is a bactera.but i advice u to consult the doctor.those dicease cn be cure.
