i have been suffering from stiff facial muscels for about a year and recently my jaw feels stiff and painful to open sometimes, my face feels as if a have a mask on it, sometimes i feel it affects my expressions. i have told my dr about this but he does not seem to be concerned. yesterday i went for my 2 yearly eye test and the optician said my eye muscles are showing signs of stifferning and he would write to my dr and i should see a nurologist as this would help with a diagnosis. i dont think my eye sight has change in anyway. should i be concerned and does anyone have any idea what it could be. i am going to see a nurologist in 5 weeks time

I hear it is a new cancer and not detectable by mammogram and that we need to be really concerned as it is deadly. Anyone have more information? Like how this has developed. How is it treated is it treated the same as other breast cancers? Is a mutation of what causes breast cancer. Does this cancer affect any other organs simularly??

My nephew is 14 years old. Since I am closed to his age he confided in me. He doesn't want to go to a doctor or show his parents. He has strange marks in the area around his penis that look like rashes. I didn't really know what to think. Are these "rashes" really a herpes outbreak?

Last 2 months husband in hospital from vomiting & in ICU get blood pressure under control.Doctors don't know why vomiting starts out of nowhere.Type2 diabetic has hypertension & born with one kidney.When vomiting blood sugar & blood pressure skyrockets.Doctor perscribed phenigrin if vomiting starts but not working.Doctor also perscribed reglan for stomach.Doctors have said they are baffled about this vomiting.Did gastric emptying test & found out digestive system moves slow.He does not use alcahol or street drugs.As his wife I am desperate to find out anything.Have searched and searched the internet.Open to any ideas or suggestions

i got a small blister inside my mouth, and now my lip feels kinda itchy and dry. im not sure if im getting a cold sore. the blister was painless and has popped and wnt away. im thinking maybe all this is a reaction to some really strong hydrogen peroxide mouthwash i used that really burned. but if it is can oral herpes cause genital herpes? can u spread it across urself?

I'm a dude and I've had HPV for about 5 years. I knew I had it cause my girlfriend in college had it before we got together and we had unprotected sex alot- it was a monogomous relationship and we were both under the impression that men cannot become symptomatic of HPV, meaning they don't get outbreaks of warts. Anyhow, about 6 months ago I noticed that I had an outbreak around my a**hole. Don't know what brought it on, althought I had recently lost a lot of weight, so I think maybe my immune system was weakend. Anyhow, I didn't get treatment cause it I was too embarrassed, and I'm glad now because I'm almost cleared up after eating well and exercising daily. There are only one or two left and occasionally I itch. HERE'S THE REAL QUESTION: Is there any cream or anything that I can use to go ahead and finish it off? Help if you can, I don't want to have to get them burned off;(

Dr. explained that UTI could be caused by 3 things:prostatis,urine and anal sex. I think the DR. made a more specific diagnosis and I'm not being told.He was seen by a infectious disease specialist also. Doest STD's have to be reported to the health dept.?Would the DR. leave a diagnosis with 3 possibly causes? He was treated in hospital for 3 days. Would it be against the law for the doctor to tell me the diagnose,?I was there while the doctor was examining and questioning about safe sex.

i'm 28 you wouldn't know it by looking at me i look in good shape i use to bodybuild for years. But i'm in a great deal of pain I've had a IDET and 2 spinal fusions one failed and screws came out & got caught on my nerve. I have structual scoliosis 20 degree & my right side of my back buldges. I also have nerve pain in my right leg and foot sometimes to point i can't walk. Been under treatment for 9 years and seem to always be going down hill. Dr's always prescribing meds recently on methadone ,oxycodone and something new called lyrica. I think i've been on every med out there at least it feels like it. Anyone with similar problems and have gotten better or worse or whatever or had some treatment that works please let me know. I have six kids and I sometimes think doctors think money grows on trees for co-pays and prescriptions it really does put a financial bind on things. I would never commit suicide but i can understand why some people with chronic pain do its unbearble
