If this is someone you tryuly love and the relationship is worth saving, find what the source of the anger and aggression is. Have an open discussion. If that doesn't take care of the temper problem, it's time to walk away.

step 1: know the cause.
step 2: know his/her habits first.
step 3: note down in a diary, when his/her mood is changing, I mean , maintain a log sheet.
step 4: review after one week
step 5: you both join meditation camp for a week
step 6: go to a new place, new environment
step 7: Learn patience
step 8: just love him
step 9: don't expect praise for him/her for everything
step 10: LOVE LOVE LOVE

Do you know that temper could be built up mainly because of his/her food. Try telling him/her to reduce on junk food and try more salad and fruits and see. You will become more healthy also, believe me. You must also communicate with each other. Try not to watch violence or ghost movie, these are very bad for health. Thanks, all the best to you.

If u love him/her, be patient. If it never work out, atleast you have an experience on how to deal with hot-tempered individuals.

Out of now where ... like in the morning...mimic him...give him an example of how he was the night before. If he doesn't get it or can't take joke ... tell him to take a hike.
