My top left canine tooth is above my incisor and there is a gap where it should be cuz i had the baby tooth pulled. its been like that for about the last ten years. My right side did it too but that one kind of went in its place better. Ive had soical anixety for the last ten years because im scared to talk to anyone cause im always scared im gonna be asked about my "fang"? I dont even have a job because I'm to scared to go to interviews. I just stay at home w/ my 7 month old 24-7. Does anyone know of procedures that can move it into place? just that tooth I'm alright w/ the rest of them. or have it pulled and a fake one put in the gap? and how much the cost would be? When i had the baby tooth pulled it was paid by my insurance cuz my dentist sent me to an orthodontist to have 3 of my baby teeth pulled.

I don't mean this to be profane. There is just this joke among my friends, one will look to the other and in kind of a low, slow, creepy voice say "You sure got a pretty mouth." This of course conjures ideas of, ahem, fellatio. I've also always heard the term ****-sucking lips, but I've never known what they are. I'm just curious. Also, does anyone know if the quote comes from a movie? It's used so frequently that no one can remember how it started.

I only brush once a day, maybe sometimes once every two days. Other days I brush three times a day. But I'm doing it wrong I know, but is it possible to whiten your teeth. Just by brushing them for a long enough time. Say I brushed twice, or three times a day. With a whiting toothpaste. In a few months would I see a whiter smile? Or is it all just a load?

My wisdom teeth are coming in and I dont have any insurance. The last time I went to the dentist he said that my wisdom teeth would have to come out. How much can I expect to pay to have them removed?

My daughter has been a little delayed in saying her L's, V's, and Th's. I mentioned it to her Kindergarten teacher, and the speech therapist there said to check again in the middle of the first grade. That's where she's at right now so the timing is about right.

On her last visit to the dentist he said that she was thrusting her tongue when swallowing, and put an apparatus in her mouth to help to avoid having braces later. It seems to have made her speech pattern worse having that in her mouth.

When I research on the 'net it seems that this problem normally affects S's and Z's, which she has no apparent problem with.

In your opinion are the two related? My concern is this is not going to correct itself without therapy to go along with the device, but maybe I'm wrong.

I have to get my wisdom teeth removed. There are only two of them in the upper jaw, either side. What I want to know is how much pain there was when anyone else had them removed (during and after)
