GLUE USED FOR FINGERNAILS IS A CYANOACRYLATE TYPE (KRAZY) GLUE. TO DISSOLVE THIS TYPE OF GLUE DIP A Q-TIP IN NAIL POLISH REMOVER (ACETONE) AND CAREFULLY DAB IT WHERE THE GLUE IS.
DO NOT RINSE OR GARGLE WITH IT. LOL
(P.S. NAIL GLUE IS WATERPROOF SO BRUSHING WON'T WORK)

It will be hard!!!
ask a dentist if they are your real teeth
& if they are dentures soak in denture cleaner & scrape it off bits at a time
good luck
