BRUSH TEETH WITH A SOFT BRISTLE BRUSH, GARGLE LISTERINE FOR XABOUT 30 2 45 SECONDS SPIT AND HOPEULLY THIS WILL WORK FOR TOU UNLESS THE INFECTION IS TO BAD GUMS BLEED WHEN BRUSHING?

She needs to brush more often. She needs to brush twice a day for at least 2 mins each time. She also needs to floss every day. Swollen gums only happen when you have an infection and an infection happend when you're not brushing right. If she insists she is brushing she needs to do a better job. An electric toothbrush like a sonicare or a braun will time her so she'll do it for the right amount of time and it will do the brushing for her. if she doesn't have time to floss before bed floss while watching tv it's not like she's doing much of anything else during that time anyway.

first you will need to go see a dentist to take a look at your gum. He or she will mostly offer you to do the deep cleaning. which mean they will remove all the plaque and calculus underneath the gum. After that you gum will be healthy again and you still need to keep up proper oral hygiene at home.
