for 4 days straight my ear has been pluged. It feels like i'm on a air plane that sorda feeling and like 3 ear pluges are in my ear too .
any tips to get it un pludged????? any tips too

hi pps im just wondering i suffer from very bad sciatica i was currently on 8 solphodol a day 4 tramadol and anti depressants for the pain , its so bad some days i can't walk for no longer than 15 minutes without havin to sit down im currently 7 month spregnant so only take the solphodol now and the sciatica is still bad , but when i have had the baby i would like to try and use something which will releive this sciatica as its gettin to stage i can't bend or do anything i feel like a complete disbaled cripple all my GP does is keep sendin me off with diffrent pain killers , please note im usually VERY anti drug i don't beleive in all this drug taking to get high for fun and cocain heroine speed E'S etc i smoke thats about my only drug i was wondering if say after my baby is born give it a few months would a spliff is it called or a joint help ease this pain a litttle the prescribed drugs just don't work no more any info will be gratefully appreciated thank you

I just read yesterday in an Altertnative medicine magazine that boric acid capsules in 600mg. inserted into vagina will cure vaginal issues, does anyone know if this is safe or true? The article said it CAN NOT be taken orally it's poisonous. I've heard of vinegar being used but never Boric acid, what exactly is Boric acid? It sounds scary.

I am looking for a natural way to get my body to ovulate. I have had the fertility work up and Dr. wants to put me on clomin to produce ovulation. I have one child, he is 5.5. Husband and I have been active for the whole 5.5 yrs with no pregnancy. Any advice?

First, I know I should see a Dr. But I hope to hear some similar stories or herbal, natural aides for shoulder, elbow and wrist pain.

A few weeks back it started with my arms were feeling like they were falling alsleep and I could shake it off. Then with no injury that I can recall, My shoulders began hurting. They wake me from my sleep when I turn over or try to pull my blankets closer to me. They are painful throughout the day. Then a week into this pain, I can randomly feel the same pain in my elbows and now wrists.

I hear smoking weed can actually change the color of your eyes over time. mainly make them lighter. I know this guy at my old high school who would do it all the time and his eyes actually changed color completly. anyways, does this happen? even the slightest bit?

Also, i heard smoking weed can reduce acne or something. something having to do with acne.

I've had some for about 5 yrs and they're still closed. They were always kept in a dark area as well. Can I still use these? I also have some that are open already, but once again they were kept in a dark area. I bought some new ones just in case, but can I still use the old ones? If not in a health way like baths or so, maybe to fragrance closets or so? The scents are Lavender, Eucalytpus, Tea Tree, and Rose.
