garlic is an excellent source which try to eliminate hypertension--u could roast the garlic segments or microwave them- and take them in the mornings with a glass of warm water, and honey is everyones all time miracle medicine--use it instead of suger and u have ur life redefined.honey wilt warm water cures many ailments like--diabetes,high pressure,obesity etc-this is not a medical record cos i m not a dr--but from many a findings i give my personal opinion

YES!!! it is wonderful.It reduces hypertension,heart disease,improves circulation and has many other health benefits.Continue taking your garlic.( for best results try taking aged triple garlic like the "kyolic" formula.Available at walmart and health food/supplement stores.)
