It really depends on the medicines you are asking about, but in most cases natural meds, if they are truly all natural do not affect RX meds. The ones I recommend actually help the RX be more effective, I would be able to give you a better answer if I knew what HP med you were asking about. Hope this helps some.

Yes, Usually you have to take conventional medicine after eating and Homeopathy works best when taken on an empty stomach so take your Homeopathic Medicines half an hour before meals and you can take your regular medication along with your meal or after it. Homeopathic remedies do not interfere or react with conventional medication on the contrary they enhance the effects of regular medication..

Probiotics can and should be taken along with antibiotics to replace things being accidentally killed off because prescription meds do not distinguish between the good and the bad.
