I have been eating yogurt everyday with L. Acidophilus. I also eat yogurt with Bifidobacterium or B. Regularis. I have been doing this after I took two short-term antibiotics. I am not on antibiotics anymore. Is the friendly bacteria I am eating in yogurt colonizing in my digestive system and intestines or does it die when it comes to the stomach acids? Does "friendly bacteria" come back after it has been killed after an antibiotic and how long does it take?

I was taking Nexium, which worked wonders, but I haven't taken it in almost 3 weeks, due to its expensiveness and lack of insurance coverage. Pepto bismol and Tums does nothing for my stomach, does anyone know of a natural cure or alternative?

I make ice tea out of green tea bags and bottle it in old gator aide bottles. I then can drink it instead of soda pop and I usually consume around 64 ounces per day. I noticed my stool turns yellow, like the tea appears to be. Is that positive or negative?
