Go to a drug store & ask the druggist whats the best meds for this over the counter.

Call your doctor and have them call in a prescription for you ASAP. If you let it go, it gets WAY worse than it is. And the over the counter stuff is just crap...it's gross and messy and usually doesn't help.

Causes: an antibiotic if you were just on one; not wearing cotton panites; sex; not clean

To prevent: don't use the antibiotic that you were just on anymore (if you were); wear cotton panties; best to sleep pantyless at night; clean; eat yogurt (the bacteria in it takes away yeast infections)

Change your diet. It's an immune system issue and you probably have too much sugar in your diet. Cut out the holiday sweets and pops and see what a difference it might make. Eat more healthy foods.

try monistat
you can get it at any pharmacy
then see a dr for an anti-biotic
