Hi Janet

THe answers on this website really show how ignorant we are in cleaning out the toxins out of the body. The average american has one bowel movement every 2 days and almost everywhere else in the world is 30 minutes after eating! If toxins are sitting in the colon where are they suppose to go? They get in the blood and that is main reason we get illness and disease. We Americans eat so much food that is processed and has all types of chemicals in them. It's no wonder we lead the world in the most types of diseases known. Because we have them all!

To answer your question; the process is to get herbs that help give you regular bowel movements and that cleans out the colon. You can do this effectively with a 5-10 day cleanse by eating organic fruits and vegetables (better yet juicing them) and using herbs to help clear the toxins.

Here are a few websites that I recommend their plan. Id also be happy to give you more info. Ive done several cleanses over the years.

If you want colon cleansing, just eat fiber and dried prunes and dried cranberries, apples, papaya, carrots, pineapple and other fiber foods. The goal is to move bowels out faster. When you eat, foods exits the body in 12-18 hour. A cleansing reaction that might you feel are dizziness, passing a lot of gas, passing loose stools. That is considered normal according to those who practice Alternative Medicine.

Dr. Oz was on Oprah a while back and said there is no benefit to them. If people would eat right, there is absolutely no reason for a colonic. Your body will rid itself of wastes and toxins. There was also some one in the audience who said she had one and felt do difference what so ever.
And who really want to go through the humiliation of a tube up their behind??

As some distance as I can inform, there are not any verified weight reduction advantages from the acai berry, juice, or pills. It does appear to be a first-class complement (I take it, however do not promote the stuff!) and is filled with anti oxidents, which aid hinder harm for your frame. But that is what you must take it for, no longer weight reduction or fats burning. The acai berry itself is an potent factor - has plenty of anti oxidents and so forth and is particularly well for you. But there is not anything particularly to recommend in clinical phrases that it is helping with weight reduction. And there are plenty of scams available in the market, watch out wherein you purchase it from! I take it, and I suppose I suppose more fit and larger. But it is not a few style of magic method, sorry.

It has it's benefits. Beware, I did them alot and I started to have gastrointestinal problems. Everything from a packed colon, to colitis. Make sure you go to a professional. P.S. Some states outlaw the use of colonics in businesses.
