Here are some suggestions:

(1)Nutrition: Get the sugar, tobacco, coffee, dairy, and transfatty acids out of your life. Go on a ripe, fresh, juicy, sweet, raw, organic fruit binge for a couple of days.... just eat all the fruits that look really appealing to you (but they have to be ripe, fresh, juicy, sweet, raw, and organic) and take a break from other food groups.

(2)Exercise: Do something that you enjoy on a regular basis. If you enjoy it, you will stick with it. If you exercise, you will get oxygen to your brain and feel less tired.

(3)Water: Drink filtered water, but don't over-do it. Rehydrate yourself with fresh fruit (as above). Dry-brush with a loofah. Bathe with a few drops of something invigorating in the water (drop about 15-20 drops of pure, unadulterated Eucalyptus essential oil or 15-20 drops of Evergreen Essence into 2 T. of epsom salts and mix around; then pour it under running water).
Have a shower and run the water progressively cooler. Use a rough towel to dry with after, stimulating the circulation in your arms and legs.

(4)Sunshine: Get out in it. Go somewhere bright if everything seems poorly lit and gloomy (which happens these days in much of North America).

(5)Temperance: Be moderate and balanced in all things.

(6)Air: Get outside. Breate deeply when you feel sluggish. Take a brisk walk.

(7)REST: Go to bed early (1 hour before midnight= 2 hours after midnight). Take a day off each week away from anything stressful and gruelling (some call it a Sabbath Rest-- was made for a good reason). In the evening have a warm, pre-bed soak in a lavender bath (same protocol as above only use 10-20 drops of pure, unadulterated lavender essential oil or Peace & Calming over the epsom salts). Put a drop of lavender oil on the bottom of each foot when you get into bed.

(8)Trust in God: Develop that part of who you are. And hang with positive, uplifting people who will energize you.

Do the above for one week. If you don't feel any change, then get to a doctor for sure. If you feel a moderate change then you might want to amp up the rehab by trying Emotional Freedom Technique, an energy psychology that is easy to learn and easy to apply. I've got lots more ideas but this will be a good start!

Be well!

I suffered from being constantly tired myself for years and I had a physical and several test and they could find nothing. A friend of mine introduced me to something that has changed my life as I now have more energy than I know what to do with and I'm 45. I started drinking a newly released energy drink 2 times a day (8am & Noon). It is the first energy drink to hit the market in powder form so you can mix up up with any beverage no matter where you are at. It comes in ez 2 carry packets that fit right in your pocket / purse. I use flavored bottle water to mix mine. Just pour it in, shake it up and you have an awesome and extreme energy drink. Fatigue can come from many things. Such as side effect of a medical drug. Or something like Epstein Bar Virus. It`s important to differentially diagnose or rule out other factors before going the more natural route. That being said, after you think you have exhausted your options with modern medicine as many do....try looking into adrenal fatigue. Adaptogenic herbs may help boost up your adrenals or other supplements in the form of adrenal tissue, vitamin c, NADH, etc.

I agree with healthiacynthia's posted answer. But I would also go to a reputable health/ wellness center or store (NOT GNC) and purchase a daily multivitamin for women. Call a local chiropractor who also practices natural/ herbal remedies.
Best wishes!

Lets pretend you had a complete check-up, and leukemia, anemia, heart disease, diabetes and other things that make you tired, have been RULED OUT! okay? Get up and go for a walk, a run, ride your bike, WHATEVER, just get out. Herbal energizers have nasty side effects.
