Why would we put industrial waste from making Aluminum in our water supply and claim it has health benefits, i.e. prevents cavities? If the benefits are so great then why don't countries other than the United States and Canada do this?

I have anxiety, which I define as uneasiness multiplied by a factor of 10. At night, I FEEL something bad is going to happen, though I don't THINK something bad is going to happen. Prescription Rx's abound, and they work, but side effects have been permanently damaging at worst, or they cause withdrawal symptoms after one pill, or short term memory losses occur, which I worry may be permanent. Please don't recommend a shrink; this is the first recommendation that comes to most people's minds (Seek professional help, etc). I've tried several shrinks. I told the last shrink that I would take his recommended, untried anti-anxiety pill, if he would take one first. Do you think he did, or didn't? Maybe you know something natural, or have another idea. Thanks, I.M. Nervous

Unfortunately, I didn't check the expiration date on the jar until after i used it!
I felt some burning about 15 min. after I put it on.
The label on the jar said EXP JUL 96
Should I get it off or is it harmless?
Its been used quite a bit since we bought it. (the jar is half full)

I took an herb called St. John's wort for depression. I'm not saying the herb doesn't work at all! But it did me no good. I started seeing results when I decided to start taking more vitamins. I noticed a HUGE difference after I started taking the Vitamin C capsules. It was Vitamin C with Rose hips. My mental concentration is better, I'm more relaxed and less irritable. Could I have been deficient of Vitamin C? Or is it just the effects of Vitamin C in general? These tablets are 1000mg tablets. I take one a day.

I am already dark and I'd rather not get darker :-). Would a dry sauna (around 15 minutes) tan the skin?

Around here it is $100 per hour for therapeutic massage. Half the time the person does a lousy job, too. There is a good one for $147 but that seems a little pricey espec. if they don't have the skills. What suggestions do you have?

Does drinking a lot of prune juice really break up old waste in your digestive system (intestines)? It is good for cleaning your digestive system out? How much should you take, for how long, to make it work?
