Look in your supermarkets for a drink call Naked. There are many varieties but the Super-C is the best. Depending on how bad your cold is, you may need more than one but it will knock out your cold quick with 2000% the daily recommended value in each bottle and it actually tastes good. A thick orange juice with other friuts mixed in. In the future, when you feel a cold coming on, drink a bottle or two and you'll wake up feeling fine.

A tablespoon of apple cider vinegar mixed into an 8oz glass of water is said to annihilate a cold instantly! I've tried it and it does work! Don't taste good though! Its probably better to mix a tablespoon of the apple cider vinegar with "Apple Cider" this will greatly improve the taste!

well, according to a friend n i also did it, is soup with lots of garlic , ginger and lemon. You can make vegetables , meat , chicken soup or what ever you prefer; but put a lot of this ingredients and you'll feel ok. It won't hurt to try, just be careful not to overload these ingredients. Put what will be best for u.

eat chavanprash, it is an ayurvedic tonic.
or eat honey at regular intervals till your cold is gone.
