I am already dark and I'd rather not get darker :-). Would a dry sauna (around 15 minutes) tan the skin?

Q.Do I get darker in a sauna?
Ans.I have a "sauna" twice a week, at a temperature of 70 to 80 degrees Celsius (158/176F) and I'm still "white", maybe a bit pink for a little while, but definitelty not darker.
Duration 1hr 30min, incl. 2 breaks. I evaporate eucaliptus oil mixed with water (smels nice) and at the end I pour some of the mixture over the hot stones. Walla, I,m a new boy at 85!

I think the only things that makes skin darker is the sun, tanning beds, and darkening lotion(fake tan)..So, no, I doubt a dry sauna will darken your skin.

Good Luck and Have fun in the sauna :-)

well, its just heat, so unless you stay in there until you die and your skin starts to bake, nope
