Have you ever tried Rescue Remedy?

The best remedies I have found are: 1) aromatherapy: Lavender, Oregano, Thyme, and Rosewood oils are best I think. 2) Vitamin supplements: Vitamin C, All B vitamins and minerals such as Zinc. 3) Some herbal supplements: Ginko Biloba is good for concentration and memory. Out of all of these, I think Aromatherapy is the best! But everyone is different.

A long hot bath or shower to wash away all the negativity of the day. Jasmine tea and an entertaining book, soothing music. Good luck. If it becomes unmanageable like in the form of anxiety attacks and or panic attacks, seek medical help. Sometimes Xanax helps, but requires a prescription. I hope you feel better soon.

I like hot tea, a hot bath, and a good book. Or just try to sit in the quiet and relax. I read somewhere that you just try to clear your mind and concentrate on relaxing one body part at a time. Start at the top of your head and work your way down. Breathe deeply and think about relaxing each part.

Well, at first don't try alcohol. Try a good tea like grey, green or chamomile tea. Another way to calm is to try homeopathy or hypnotherapy. Hypnotherapy is a safe cure. They make u go to sleep and they put the idea into your mind that you don't have thews. It's a great idea in any problem u have.

Try chocolate. Dark, strong and bitter. There is nothing like it, maybe as a drink it could warm you up too. Of course it can always help to be in a warmly lit room, alone, sitting comfortably , listening to Enya or some native American pan pipe tunes.

Close your eyes. Count from 1 to 10 and then from 10 to 1. Do it three times. It should make lot of difference. If you don't succeed breathe in and breathe out and concentrate on flow of your breath.
