Recently, my stomach has been "acting up." Often, I get gas that keeps getting worse. Beyond discomfort, this occurs at some very inoportune times. I'm looking for some natuaral remedies or perhaps there are certain foods that need to be avoided.

No other problems like Blood Pressure/Diabetis. I dont have trust in Allopathy. My husband has had heartburn since last night. He thinks it is from too much dairy. Does anyone know of any natural cures or remedies that do not involve dairy? He will not take any OTC meds...I do not blame him. Thanks!

If you have had massage especially for cellulite or to aid lymph health, I would be particularly interested in more specifics about what that was like, and how many treatments it took. And if anyone used Gotu Kola, I would appreciate hearing about how that worked or not.

Can anyone tell me more about shea butter? I found some in an African store, at an incredibly low price, just 3 dollars.

I know this is more of a cosmetic question, but I put it in alternative medicine, because I know it is used to help dry skin and hair.

It is totally non toxic, right? So I can go ahead and use it on my hands, and still prepare food, wash dishes, things like that?

I also wanted to know. The lady in the store says I can put it in my hair and leave it in, 5 minutes. It will just rinse out. Or mix with regular conditioner and that will take it out when ya rinse.

But could I also just leave alittle in, as a hair groom? That's something i would really like to use it for. Thank you!

I have just turned 14, and is nearsighted (4.75 both eyes which is pretty bad, right?).Could I improve or at least maintain my vision with eye exercises?

And I saw that there's a program on http://www.perfect-eyes.com/?affid=2 for eye exercise. Is it worth a try to buy it? I know the website exaggerates a bit, but the website does gurantee a refund if the program doesn't work. What do you think?

Serious answers please.
