Vinegar is not going to help your blood pressure. If want to try it do a seach for it on the web and be sure you use the right vinegar type etc. I applaud trying natural remedies but be sure you don't let this go untreated as it can be very dangerous.

Go see a doctor. I fought it for a year. I finally got on some meds for it. It was 190 over 90.

One tablespoon of Apple Cider vinegar each day with do. Take with water, or preference of dilute.

vinnger make you use the rest room so it really doesnt matter how much you take cause you will be on the toliet
